This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application UserHub (the “App”). It is provided to meet privacy policy disclosure requirements of Google Play and similar distribution platforms, and explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information.

  • After-sales / service data: order number, product category/brand/model, serial number, purchase platform, contact name, contact email, issue description, reviews, etc.;
  • Customer support content: text, images, and videos you send (which may be retained when “Service Retention” is enabled or when needed for service handling);

2.3 Permission-related data

Requested only when needed and authorized by you. You can manage these in system settings or in-app privacy settings:

  • Process after-sales requests, repair progress queries, service records, and reviews;
  • Provide online support and system/after-sales notifications;
  • Show product materials, FAQs, and tutorial videos, and support favorites and similar features;
  • Secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve product experience;
  • Comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from authorities.

4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only when:

  • You give explicit consent;
  • Necessary to fulfill after-sales services (e.g., sharing order, issue, and contact details with service handlers);
  • Service providers that help us with hosting, messaging, analytics, etc., and only process data under our instructions;
  • Required by law pursuant to valid legal process;
  • To protect rights and safety of users, the public, or us, where necessary.

In a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, we will require the successor to continue to be bound by this Policy, or we will obtain your consent again where required.

5. Retention and Cross-Border Transfer

  • We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law;
  • Servers are primarily located where we operate. If a cross-border transfer is necessary, we will take required safeguards and seek consent where applicable.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encryption in transit, access control, and audits) to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a security incident occurs, we will notify you and take remedial steps as required by law.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Access and correct your account and personal information;
  • Manage privacy preferences in the App (device/behavior data, analytics, service retention, third-party sharing, etc.);
  • Disable permissions such as photos/camera in system settings (related features may stop working);
  • Delete your account; after deletion we will delete or anonymize related data except where retention is legally required;
  • Withdraw consent; withdrawal may affect related features but does not affect processing already performed.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Third-Party Services / SDKs

The App may use necessary third-party services (e.g., system capabilities, cloud services, or analytics). Those parties may process data under their own privacy policies. We require them to implement reasonable safeguards and process only what is needed to provide the service.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and we may notify you in the App or by other reasonable means. For material changes, we will seek your consent again where required. Please review this page periodically.
